I'm not getting emails about my classes or purchases

Issue:

I'm not getting the emails and reminders for my classes.

If you have:

  • Registered for a class
  • Have confirmation of payment on credit card
  • But are NOT receiving the Receipt or class emails

Probable causes:

  • They are being delivered to your mail server, but caught in your SPAM or JUNK folder.
    • Find the emails and mark them as 'NOT SPAM'.
    • Add a contact to your email for Empower 2000 and add the email address [support@empower2000.com]. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!
    • Let Support know once you have added the contact. They can try to re-send you the email.
  • You updated your email preferences to not receive ANY emails from us.
  • You accidentally entered the email address incorrectly on the Registration page (or used one different than your normal)
    • Please be sure to let Support know what class you registered for and roughly when.
