I'm not getting emails about my classes or purchases
Issue:
I'm not getting the emails and reminders for my classes.
If you have:
- Registered for a class
- Have confirmation of payment on credit card
- But are NOT receiving the Receipt or class emails
Probable causes:
- They are being delivered to your mail server, but caught in your SPAM or JUNK folder.
- FIX: Find the emails and mark them as 'NOT SPAM'.
- FIX: Add a contact to your email for Empower 2000 and add the email address [support@empower2000.com]. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!
- You updated your email preferences to not receive ANY emails from us.
- FIX: Please visit our Email Preferences Center to allow these emails through.
- You accidentally entered the email address incorrectly on the Registration page (or used one different than your normal)
