Classes are Missing or I might have duplicate accounts

This is extremely important!  We want to make sure you can find your classes!

  1. If you have accessed Teachable and you have your new class, but all of your old ones are missing, or vice-versa.
  2. If you know you paid, but you are not receiving any of your emails. (This could also be because your email provider is moving them to your SPAM or Junk folder.)
  3. You realize that you have 2 email addresses associated with Teachable.
  4. You paid with PayPal.*
  5. You registered with a different email address for a recent class than you did for previous classes.
  6. You mistyped your email address when you registered. (This happens quite often.)

* Unfortunately, when paying with a PayPal account that has a different email or registering with a new email than the one that you had previously associated with Empower 2000, the system creates a new account with the PayPal email address.  As a result, you will have duplicate accounts in our Financial software and Teachable.  This is not in our control and is the way PayPal views the email address as you're identifying information since they do not typically utilize credit card numbers or account numbers.

If this occurs, you must:

  • Contact us
    • If you are in the purple search box, click the 'Ask' button above.

    • If you are at the Help Documentation page, click the purple button in the lower right of the screen that says 'Contact Us'.

  • Include both email addresses and advise us of which one should be kept.
  • We will consolidate the accounts and get you access to your courses ASAP!
