No Audio in live meeting

If you have joined a live webinar or Q&A and do not have audio:

  • If it seems that others have audio and you do not, then the meeting is working ok and you will need to check settings on your own device.
    • When joining a GoToWebinar or Zoom session, there is typically dialogue to test your connection and audio. You will want to go through these steps to ensure the best experience.
    • If you continue to experience issues, you should contact the help of GoToWebinar or Zoom, depending on which tool is being used for that live event.
  • If it seems that nobody in the live event has audio, the leaders will work to address the issue. Keep an eye in the chat also in case they post anything there.
