Have confirmation of payment on your credit card or PayPal account
But are NOT receiving the Receipt or Welcome Email
Probable causes:
They are being delivered to your email provider, but your email provider isn't delivering them to your inbox.
Find the emails in your SPAM or Junk folder and mark them as 'NOT SPAM'.
Add a contact to your email for Empower 2000 and add the email addresses [support@empower2000.com] and [billing@empower2000.com].
Contact your email provider to ask why these emails are not being delivered to your inbox.
You entered your email address incorrectly on the Registration page
You will need to contact Support to have this reviewed.
Please be sure to let Support know what class you registered for and roughly when.
If we notice that you registered with an incorrect email address, we will try to fix it or contact you. If you don't hear from us, then you may need to try to register again with the correct email.
You registered with an email address different than the one you usually use.
This happens sometimes if folks pay with PayPal because the email address associated with PayPal becomes the one associated with the transaction regardless of the email address entered in the field.
Check the inbox of the email address associated with your PayPal account.
You registered with aRoad Runner email
Our system can NOT send to Road Runner emails anymore.
Please contact support to provide an alternate email address.
NOTE:
Registering multiple times will NOT cause the system to send you the email again.
Only 1 registration email per account is permitted. This is so that someone can not utilize the form to mass email people.
