Get Instant Help from our Documentation! Typing into the search field:
- Typing into the search field allows the system to try to provide a Help article based on what you are asking.
- Then, based on what words you use, the system tries to provide the best answer.
- Less words is better; otherwise, it is trying to match to all of your words. The space only has enough room for 128 characters.
- Typing in the search field does NOT send the question to our Team, it just helps you search in our documentation.
To send a question to our Support Staff:
- You must click on the word Ask at the top of the purple window or Get Help at the bottom of the search list.
- Once that window opens, you can ask a more descriptive question. The more clear info, the better chance we have of being helpful right away for you!
- Be sure to confirm your email is correct! Many people submit a case and enter their email incorrectly. As a result, we cannot respond to them.
- Be sure you are contacting us from the same email that is associated with your Empower 2000 account. If you contact us from a different email address, we may not be able to find your information.
- That will send the question directly to our Support Team.

- Please understand that our Help documentation does not have specific information on specific courses. You would submit a question to us to assist you.
- Our support staff is happy to help, but we do not operate 24x7 because we have limited staffing. We are generally staffed 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Sometimes staff reviews cases outside of those times, but it is NOT the typical.
