Videos are not working in Teachable
Issues:
- I have used Teachable before and now everything is showing except the videos
- Downloading doesn't work
- Videos keep stopping and don't play through
- Some videos or content worked and doesn't anymore
The issue is not typically with the actual content, but with whatever environment that you are currently trying to access it in.
Since there are many things that can affect the way a browser impacts the use of things like Teachable, (such as updates, extensions, etc) we cannot troubleshoot individual environments.
Things that you should try:
- Restart your browser
- Restart your device
- Try another browser
- Try another device
- Clear browser cache (See below)
- Try a different internet connection. (It could be too slow for the video)
- Remove Browser Add-ons (See below)
If your Internet Browser has add-ons or you are not sure and want to know how to shut them off:
- Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
- Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More. > More tools > Extensions.
- On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
- Confirm by clicking Remove.
