If you cancel with the 30 day cancellation period, you will receive a refund of the initial payment and the courses will be removed from your account as part of the cancellation.
Standard Memberships like 'Mentoring With James Goll' or 'Empower Disciples':
Once you have paid fulfilled the membership obligation period and a class has completed, you will have access to it for life in your Teachable account, even if you weren't able to attend while it was live.
All classes that you received as part of the membership and the class itself has completed, will be retained in your Teachable account.
Your course does not have to be marked 'Completed' In Teachable for you to keep it.
Exceptions:
If you cancel a membership such as 'Mentoring With James Goll' or 'Empower Disciples' in the midst of a class, there is the possibility that the class and its associated bonuses may be removed from Teachable upon cancellation, depending on how far through the class you are. This is rare and you can simply ask support if you have any questions.
