I Can't Log Into Teachable
1) If you forgot your password:
- Click “Forgot password”
- Enter your email address
- Click “Send me instructions”
- Then check your inbox for Reset Password Instructions
2) If you have reset your password and it is still saying that the email address or password is incorrect
- If it is not recognizing your email address, you should close and restart your browser and perhaps even your machine.
- Sometimes Internet Browsers retain form data and might be trying to add a different stored value into the field than you are entering.
3) If you have never 'Confirmed Email' through a separate email from Teachable, then your account is not yet valid.
- Contact Support to re-issue you that email
4) If you have Confirmed your Email AND tried resetting your password AND confirmed your email address is correct
- Please be sure restart your browser and device.
- Try a different browser altogether.
5) If you have Clicked to reset your password and the email never shows up
- Please be sure restart your browser and device.
- Try a different browser altogether.
*NOTE: A browser is the application that allows you to access the internet on your computer or device. [ie, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, DuckDuckGo, etc]
