If you have navigated to the replay of a Live Webinar and the video doesn't seem to be playing:
When the page initially loads, an image is shown as the video begins to buffer. At that time, it is not clickable and there is not a play button yet.
It does not turn into a clickable video until it has buffered enough.
It takes at least 10 seconds for most and depends on your internet speed. In some cases we have seen it take more than 30 seconds to load.
The lower your bandwidth, the longer time it could take to buffer.
Even if your internet loads fast typically, some internet providers actually slow down or throttle streaming video. We have no control over this.
If you continue to experience the issue, it is most likely a result of your environment that you are attempting to watch through. Please try any or all of the following:
In a different browser
On a different device
On a different wireless network
