The Replay is not working

If you have navigated to the replay of a Live Webinar and the video doesn't seem to be playing:

  • When the page initially loads, an image is shown as the video begins to buffer. At that time, it is not clickable and there is not a play button yet.  
  • It does not turn into a clickable video until it has buffered enough.
  • It takes at least 10 seconds for most and depends on your internet speed.  In some cases we have seen it take more than 30 seconds to load. 
    • The lower your bandwidth, the longer time it could take to buffer.
    • Even if your internet loads fast typically, some internet providers actually slow down or throttle streaming video.  We have no control over this.
  • If you continue to experience the issue, it is most likely a result of your environment that you are attempting to watch through. Please try any or all of the following:
    • In a different browser
    • On a different device
    • On a different wireless network
