I Can't Access My Classes
1) When you purchase a Class from Empower 2000, your enrollment is in our virtual classroom called "Teachable". To log in, please follow the below steps:
Click this link: https://e2000.teachable.com/
Enter your email address
This will always be the email address that you utilized when you registered
If this is your FIRST TIME logging in, you will need to make sure that you followed the directions from the Teachable email to Confirm Your Email
2) If you forgot your password:
Click “Forgot password”
Enter your email address
Click “Send me instructions”
Then check your inbox for Reset Password Instructions
NOTE: If you are NOT receiving the email for the password reset, then you will need to:
First check you SPAM and Junk folders. See if your email provider is putting them there.
Add a contact in your email account for [Empower 2000] and add our email address [support@empower2000.com].
3) If you have reset your password and it is still saying that the email address or password is incorrect
If it is not recognizing your email address, you should close and restart your browser and perhaps even your machine.
Sometimes Internet Browsers retain form data and might be trying to add a different stored value into the field than you are entering.
4) If the issue persists, please contact our Support team through the purple Help button.
You may need to click 'Ask' in the upper part of the purple window once it opens.
