The Login is not recognizing my password

Empower 2000 does not store any information in the username and password fields of the login page.  If that information is ever automatically filled in, that is actually a setting in your internet browser.


Things that you should try:

  • Restart your internet browser.
  • Clear your browsing history.
    • Be sure to clear cache and form data.
    • Restart your internet browser afterward.
  • Try logging in with Option 2 on the login page. (See below)
