Clicking the links in emails isn't working

If clicking the links does not work, you most likely need to:

  • Right-click the link and ask it to open in a new browser tab.
  • Update the security settings in your browser.
    • As an example, if you are using Brave, you should click the Lion head and turn shields off ONLY FOR THIS SITE!
  • Test in another browser.
  • Test with a different internet connection.
  • Test with a different device.
