Clicking the links in emails isn't working

If clicking the links does not work, it is most likely an issue with your Browser or Email application.  You should try going through the following options:

  • Right-click the link and ask it to open in a new browser tab.
  • Update the security settings in your browser.
    • As an example, if you are using Brave, you should click the Lion head and turn shields off ONLY FOR THIS SITE!
  • Test in another browser.
  • Test with a different internet connection.
  • Test with a different device.
